AZIMUT AT PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW 2024

Azimut presents the Grande 26M and Grande 36M, two models representing one of the Shipyard’s most beloved Series, for their American premieres at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The lineup is completed by other units from the S, Verve, Fly and Magellano Series.

Azimut Grande 36M

Azimut will participate in the Palm Beach International Boat Show from the 21st to the 24th of March, with a presence respecting the importance of the Americas’ markets, considering that the show is strategically relevant to reach customers in North America, Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.

The Grande Series will be represented by the Grande 26M and Grande 36M, both for their first public exhibition in America. The first is a Low Emission Yacht which offers all the features of a superyacht in 26 meters and introduces two new features: the Deck2Deck™ terrace and the first Large POD propulsion, created in collaboration with ZF for boats of larger size. The layout features five cabins, including the full-beam owner’s suite on the Main Deck, and separate paths for guests and crew – distinctive elements that have never been seen on a yacht of this size, as well as the immense Flybridge (a flush deck of over 50 square meters). Alberto Mancini, who designed the exteriors, wanted to create a compact superyacht with the Grande 26M, with five cabins, a very large Flybridge and a cockpit exceeding the expectations for the category to offer a proper dining area overlooking the sea.

The interiors, designed by Achille Salvagni, are characterized by the partially raised wheelhouse which, together with the carbon superstructure and the smaller engine room for the Large POD propulsion system, has allowed for the creation of expanded environments with elements in complete harmony with the surrounding nature: the soft and warm shapes and nuances reflect the marine environment, which is linked to the interiors by the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows of the Main Deck, while color accents return in other areas, such as cobalt blue and orange.

The Grande 36M is characterized by barrier-free environments, in which the human dimension merges with the sea and the sky, offering a unique sensation of freedom. The concept of the semi-walkaround Upper Deck which runs from the stern to almost the extreme bow on a single level represents a revolution in the traditional layout and the establishment of a never-before-seen environment on a boat of this size, while the full-height windows of the Skylounge retract to transform the Upper Deck into an immense space that looks out onto the horizon. The owner can configure several aspects of this yacht, whose interior design is a total project by Achille Salvagni and whose external lines are signed by Alberto Mancini.

The Grande 36M is also a member of Azimut’s Low Emission Yacht family thanks to the synergy between the high-efficiency D2P® Displacement-to-Planing hull, designed by P.L. AUSONIO Naval Architecture with the Shipyard’s Research and Development Office, and the extensive use of carbon fiber to lighten the weight of the superstructure.

The S8, on the other hand, carries forward the style expressed by Alberto Mancini in the sports series par excellence: modernity, grit and design are interpreted in their most elegant key. 24.63 meters long, the S8 stands out for the technological innovation on board, thanks to the combination of the extensive use of Carbon Tech and triple Volvo Penta IPS propulsion, which offers advantages in terms of performance, silence, maneuverability, consumption, and comfort.

The unique layout includes four cabins on the Lower Deck, with a closed galley on an intermediate deck, while on the Main Deck there are alternating lounge and dining areas characterized by continuity of design between exterior and interior. At the stern, the Pivoting Platform Expander system allows you to easily expand the bathing platform.

From the Verve Series of outboard powerboats, both current models will be on the water at the Palm Beach show. Both the Verve 42 and Verve 48 are admired in the Americas for their fast and high-performance yet habitable and luxurious nature. One of a kind, this Series has created a new product segment: outboard sports boats with typical Italian style and elegance for those who love high speeds and maximum comfort.

At the Palm Beach International Boat Show, Azimut will also exhibit two ambassadors of the Fly Series – the Fly 53 and the Fly 72 – as well as the Magellano 60, the latest crossover of the sea.
