CMC Marine will be at the 2015 Mets in Amsterdam with the complete electric’s products range

(press release) After the definitive appointment with the European patent for the Stabilis Electra, CMC Marine will be at the 2015 Mets, the world’s most important marine equipment trade show held in Amsterdam from November 17th to November 19th, to present its ambitious development program.

Cascina, November 2015. As established tradition, CMC Marine will take part in the Amsterdam 2015 Mets edition, with a stand in the pavilion dedicated to the Superyacht industry, a field where the Company have already gained a leadership position, also thanks to the recent victories obtained with the European Patent Office (EPO). It dates back to last month, in fact, the EPO decision to reject definitively the appeal filed by the main competitors (Abt-Trac, Quantum Control Bv, Sleipner Motor As and Naiad) against the European patent appointment to the Italian Company for its Stabilis Electra, the fin stabilizer with electrical actuator.

A verdict that confirms once again the innovative capacity of CMC Marine that, set aside that dispute once for all, can now focus on the new products’ launch, planned for the next year.

R & D Department is working at several new projects, defining solutions that will further extend the Company’s electrical products range, considerably increasing the opportunities for shipyards and owners. The novelty, that will be presented during the next season, are the result of a collaborative and exchange process focused mainly on products’ requirements, carried on with the several shipyard’s technical departments. Thanks to the constant feedback collection in the field, in fact, CMC Marine is able to quickly develop solutions that are a perfect response to its customers’ actual needs.
