The Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous is for CMC Marine the opportunity to meet some of its main customers, several shipyards the Company has been collaborating with for years with growing and mutual satisfaction, and at the same time exhibit one of its key products, the new Stabilis Electra – Long Range System.


Eight yachts on display in Viareggio during the Versilia Yachting Rendez-vous are equipped with CMC Marine systems:Baglietto Andiamo, a Grande 30 Metri by Azimut, three Benettiyachts: Delfino 95′, a Classic Supreme and a Fast 125’ and, finally, three models by Sanlorenzo: SL78 ‘, SD112’ and SL118 ‘, the largest of the planing yachts produced by the shipyard. All eight are produced by some of the most important shipyards in the world that, for years now, rely on CMC Marine for the completeness of its service, and the extent of its service network, that is getting increasingly organized.

For CMC Marine the event in Viareggio, therefore, mirrors the current state of the market: thanks to a strong strategy and the high-quality of its offer, the major players in the industry keep turning to the Company. In addition to the ones already mentioned, other important shipyards have been CMC Marine customers for several years now, such as Cantiere delle Marche, Tansuor Rossinavi, while with other brands, including international ones, the collaborations are more recent.

CMC Marine’s will to strengthen the customer service, not limited only to the warranty period, becomes clear when looking at the many initiatives launched by the company, such as the first CMC Marine Service Conventionheld at the beginning of the year or the decision to adopt uniform service standards, so that all the 12 accredited service centers all around the world (including Hong Kong and the United States), will offer not only the same services, but with the same quality level.


In order to achieving these objectives, it proved to be essential the adoption of a public spare parts list, as well as the decision to maintain a stock of the main spare parts, always available and ready to be shipped anywhere needed. This strategy has undoubtedly been a winning one: the turnover deriving from the after-sales services has more than doubled, as has doubled the number of scheduled maintenance interventions, meaning that owners, crews and shipyards now recognize the high quality of the services offered by CMC Marine worldwide.
