The Case

In September 2015 BitCare introduced the first remote help desk service dedicate to final users. The assistance service works in remote, intervening to help clients resolving technical problems, with the same speed as a personal assistant, at competitive price. The request was for a professional support in promoting the new service in Italy through the dedicated press.

Despite being on the market for over 30 years the brand was almost unknown to the general audience while, as for the product, the service had just been launched so very few data on the actual performances were available.

The client was proposed a medium-long term communication strategy aimed at incrementing the brand awareness among the general public as well as the media that, until that moment, HD solution was approaching as a neophyte. In the meantime were carried on communication activities addressed to newspapers, e-journals, and dedicated media to highlight the novelty of, starting from the results already achieved. The activities carried out in the short period allowed to reach more than 250 national newspapers, both general and specialized in the innovation and technology issue.
